We provided UI/UX design, system architecture, and development services for an online platform that allows real estate companies to apply for temporary electricity usage or tenant electricity usage with Kyushu Electric Power.
Real estate companies using the service can register property details, such as building and room information. From there, they can easily select rooms requiring temporary electricity start or stop services, similar to adding items to a shopping cart, enabling streamlined bulk applications. Additionally, electricity usage applications for tenants moving into a property include a printable summary of the application, ensuring a smooth handover process with clear documentation.
We enabled seamless integration of electricity start/stop applications from real estate companies with existing core systems without requiring modifications to those systems. The integration not only transfers application data to the core system but also allows for the retrieval of application results from the core system. Additionally, we provided a management interface for Kyushu Electric Power administrators to review applications, address any issues, and manage subsequent operations efficiently.
