A diverse working environment

In order to respond flexibly to social and environmental changes such as child rearing support and nursing care, Defide inc. provides a diversified working environment to satisfy the individual staff's needs.

For example, after taking childcare leave, a designer could also work from home part-time in order for work not to interfere with childrearing.
In addition it is possible for staff to leave earlier in the afternoon (2pm, 4pm, 5pm) for nursery school and kindergarden pick-up etc...

This possiblity is also available to both male and female staff.
For example, a male project manager was twice granted a 3-month childcare leave.

What We offer

Work location

Tokyo Office (Shin Tokyo 4TH、Marunouchi 3-3-1, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. )
Fukuoka Office (Tenjin Business Center 8F, Tenjin 1-10-20, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka-city, Fukuoka.)
*As employment is local, in principle there are no transfers between work locations.

Work Hours

09:30~18:30

Salary

As salary will vary depending on work responsibilities and work location, please enquire further for details. The salary will consist of basic pay + work allowance + service allowance + transportation expenses. Remuneration will be decided based on experience, age, and qualifications.
RIA-experienced personnel are preferred. Personnel with ICT-related qualifications are also preferred.

Holidays and Vacations

Two days off per week(Sat., Sun.), national holidays/Summer holiday, end/beginning of year holiday, Golden week holiday, special leave for weddings and funerals, annual paid holiday (to start after the 3-month trial period, 10 days for the first year of employment.)
