About the team building
The theme of this team building is "Do not stop your smartphone!" Each team has to produce a movie based on a creative report.
The time available for shooting in the city of Nagasaki is only three and a half hours!! Meals and travels are also done by team to maximize the time spent together.
Meeting inside the bus
It's also important to plan on the way to Nagasaki! A planning meeting is held by each team to create and submit a movie planning sheet. This is where planning and decision-making skills are tested. If the planning sheet is not approved, movie production cannot begin! Each team gets to work to get approval before arrival.
After approval each team membergets a one-day streetcar ticket.

Impression of new employee Inadome:
The first off-site meeting I participated in after joining the company! While I had little experience in working, I felt it was difficult to make a movie in such a short time, but at the same time I get a sense of accomplishment. By taking on different roles during the team building, I learned the importance of work flow and production flow in other departments. I also got to know colleagues better with whom I didn’t get to interact very often with before. I got to hear their stories and got to learn to know them better.
Defide has 3 locations and a new office in Vietnam since this spring. I feel strongly that I will progress and will take full advantage of this experience.
