In the human resources service "JOBScope," which specializes in the growth phase, responsible for consulting and designing strategic HR systems to support the development of management strategies and strategic HR.

As CEO of DEFiDE inc., a company offering comprehensive IT solutions—including DX strategy consulting, HR tech, fintech, natural language processing/AI services, UI/UX design, and digital marketing—he oversees business management and operations. Additionally, as a consultant, he supports leading Japanese enterprises in creating new DX businesses and advancing agile development.

AI Engineer

After completing a doctoral program at Waseda University Graduate School, he conducted research as a fellow, focusing on evolutionary algorithms and artificial intelligence. Since joining the company, he has been involved in AI-driven projects such as handwriting recognition and AI chatbot development.

Project Manager

Oversees the web team at the Vietnam office, driving various projects to completion. Possesses extensive knowledge in front-end and back-end development, along with a deep understanding of cloud technologies. Has significant experience managing new business initiatives and development projects for major clients.

iOS Engineer

An expert engineer with over 15 years of experience in developing applications for mobile platforms, smart devices, IoT, VR, and AI.

Possesses extensive expertise spanning system architecture, product lifecycle management, scalability, customization, and security, enabling flexible responses to the diverse needs of clients.

Android Engineer

A software engineer specializing in Android application development, with expertise in Kotlin and Java. Majored in Computer Science at Ho Chi Minh University of Technology.

Started his career as a programmer and, over 15 years of professional experience, has contributed to technical support and talent development.

Project Manager

Responsible for driving projects and managing teams in the Business Strategy Department, aligning initiatives with the company’s overall strategy. Serves as the lead developer for the company’s generative AI service, "chai+."

Leads DX advancement and enhances service value from a comprehensive perspective.

DX Engineer

Primarily responsible for backend design and development, while also excelling as a full-stack engineer with expertise in infrastructure setup and frontend development.

As a development leader, manages teams composed of members from the Japan office and international members from the Vietnam office, ensuring smooth and effective team operations.

UX Engineer

A senior UX developer with extensive expertise in frameworks and cloud services, responsible for driving development projects.

Also serves as the project manager for DEFiDE's official website, leading operations and improvements to enhance the user experience.

CX Designer

A creative director overseeing UI development for DEFiDE's services, "JOB Scope" and "chai+".

Handles art direction and production management, creating designs that enhance the appeal of the services and improve the customer experience.

CX Designer

Joined as a CX designer after majoring in Visual Design at an art university.

Specializes in marketing-oriented design derived from user analysis. Additionally skilled in non-web design, handling projects such as booth designs for company exhibitions, digital signage, and brochures.

Quality Management Consultant

Drives the operation of quality management processes based on the requirements of international standards such as ISMS and ISO.

With experience in quality control for new business development services, also contributes to process monitoring and operational improvements across various projects.

Sales Manager

As the Sales Manager, leads the process from setting sales targets to achieving them.

Drives strategic sales initiatives to support clients in solving challenges and achieving business growth, ensuring customer success.

Marketer

After gaining experience in front-end development within the UX Development Department, transitioned to the Marketing Department out of a growing interest in service awareness.

Currently responsible for digital marketing for in-house services, handling a wide range of tasks—from strategy planning and analysis to executing initiatives such as landing page creation, leveraging prior development experience.
