In accordance with the transition to the Demandware platform used on the US site (integrated system including EC, content management and marketing functions), we reviewed the structure of the existing content and reorganized the conductors accordingly. We redesigned the necessary content according to Demandware's specifications and aimed at a more precise EC site with a UI/UX strategy tailored for the Japanese market.
01 A simple design bringing out the appeal of the products
Because Callaway's products have a high visual appeal we used a daring design method to further emphasize their charm. For the mobile version we devised a way to further showcase the products such as displaying and sorting them full screen. Thanks to the design unified with the US website, we can reach global customers by using tour photos of overseas players.
02 Publication of news content such as tour information and product development
We not only publish appealing news content related to the EC site but also information on clubs used by players on tour, new product development secrets... Real-time information is ingenuously used to keep the user captivated. Since Callaway is used by many expert and professional players, some information is only available here.
